Halloween Special
Shakes, Milky, Dairy and Spots are invited to perform at a very rich Aristicat's mansion in upstate New York for a big Halloween party. When they get there, they find themselves to be all alone save for an old "batler" named Baton who has been the caretaker of the mansion for years. Undaunted since they already received an advance on the gig, they all go up to their room and unpack.
After unpacking, Shakes, Milky, Dairy and Spots go back down to the dining room which in itself is bigger than Shakes’ Garage. There, they are finally greeted by Mr. Caliconie, the one who hired them. He informs them that the concert is to be staged that night just as the full moon rises and that the guest will be arriving at that time.
Shakes, Milky, Dairy and Spots are all set up in the ball room which actually is set up to look like a church though darkly lit. The guests still have yet to arrive, but they decide to warm up with a number anyway. Just as they begin to sing, weird sounds can be heard from all around them emanating from the walls and ceiling. They immediately stop and as they do, so do the sounds. After a few moments of silence, they begin to sing again. Again, the same sounds, almost like moans of excruciating pain. Again they stop and so do the sounds almost simultaneously.
Shakes, always up to performing and living up to a contract, gets Milky, Dairy and Spots to ignore the sounds and just keep singing. But this time not only are there sounds but shapes to go along with the sounds. They are actually ghosts, the guests that Mr. Caliconie spoke of. It turns out that these ghosts are actually past relatives of Mr. Caliconie who were placed under a spell and turned into ghosts only to be lifted from the spell by the unique sound of good harmony music. The only thing was that in their ghostly state, the music was a horrific torture to them until the transformation took place.
As the four continue to sing, even though Milky and Dairy were ready to milk in their
pants, one by one these ghostly apparitions begin to turn back into real characters.

Live Stock Special
Of late, news has been spreading around the world and especially here in the United States, about the plight of bovines over in the United Kingdom suffering from the dreaded and deadly “Mad Cow Disease” which is spreading to other parts of Europe. This situation has especially hit hard Shakes, Milky, Dairy and Spots, AKA “The Moo Beams”, who have friends and relatives overseas whom have been infected.
To help raise awareness and financial aid for those afflicted with the “Mad Cow Disease”,
The Moo Beams decide to put together a huge concert calling it “Live Stock” to be
held at the Buttermilk Coliseum. The concert will be aired internationally via pay-
Aside from the legendary “Duck” Clark as MC and Host, the Moo Beams assemble the best and biggest acts from the animal musical and theatrical community all willing to donate their respective talents for the good of the cause. Some of those acts include... Tom “Cat” Petty, John “Cougar”, George “Thoroughbred”, The Stray “Cats”, “Beary” Manilo and many more with even an appearance by “Bull” Clinton.
Not to downplay the severity of the “Mad Cow Disease” epidemic, the timing for launching “Moo Wop” via a special such as this couldn’t be more perfect. There has never been an animated property that has premiered with a special such as this with it’s tremendous marketing potential.
In bringing in name artists such as those alluded to above, the marketing of the
CD of the concert alone could bring in... well the number is too staggering : - Though it would be quite an undertaking, aside from the placing of the special on
a network, another possibility which would also be revolutionary, is to actually
broadcast the special via Pay- |
